We are a Limerick based, family run business offering professional snag list reports for new build properties. Our team are all architectural professionals who have developed efficient and thorough snagging procedures from years of experience in general building inspections, BCAR inspections, final ‘snagging’ inspections and end of defects period inspections.

The price of a professional snagging list report will be dependent on a number of factors including the footprint of the property, complexity of the property, number or rooms and location.

Prices will start from at least €200 for studio/1-bedroom apartments.

A snagging report for the average 3-bedroom estate house with front drive and rear garden would cost in the region of €300 for all internal and external areas.
